Summary of Findings
The North Gonja District Assembly scored 52 per cent in the overall assessment of its performance, based on the GAS audit findings. Strengths: The assembly’s commitment to select projects from the DMTDP and the AAP. Weaknesses: The Assembly advertised the two projects in one local newspaper instead of two required by the Public Procurement Act. The assembly did not also advertise in the PPA bulletin and website.
