The Assembly should revise Action plans to include new projects where necessary in order to start projects which were not captured in the respective Action Plans. The Assembly should implement projects which had been budgeted for to enable them complete these projects on time. The Assembly should update the Procurement Plan as required by the Procurement Manual and adhere to the time lines The Assembly should ensure that the monitoring and supervising team have an approved planned programme for their activities and provide the needed resources for the team to carry out their duties The Assembly should ensure that the team writes monitoring and supervision reports to aid decision making
